The B&B is ideally located in the heart of the bustling city center, just a stone's throw away from Grainger market. The rooms are cozy and secure with convenient lockers provided for personal items, a TV for entertainment, and a large window for fresh air. However, the pricing could be more competitive, given the value offered.
The hotel offers a good stay with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a central location. However, the dining options could be improved, and additional charges for Wi-Fi may be a downside.
The hotel is in a prime location, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything you might need for a quick trip to Newcastle. The rooms offer lockers for personal items and have convenient facilities such as Wi-Fi and a kitchen, although there weren't enough beds for our group. The service from the reception desk and housekeeping was excellent, but laundry service could be improved. Despite being on a main street, the hotel provides a quiet and comfortable stay.
